Manage offers & prices
Repetitive tasks like adjusting availability and prices, changing suppliers and producers, are quick and easy to do and can even be handled on the go.
Offer products & boxes by subscription
Offer your customers the ability to subscribe to a product or box directly during the shopping process. You can set a standard interval for each item. Customers can then change the interval themselves via a popup or place a one-time order.
Deposit refunds are quick and easy and can even be done on the go using a smartphone, for example, when making a delivery. The deposit recorded is credited to the customer on the invoice. Deposits for sold and packaged products are automatically taken into account when billing.

Logistics maps and routes
MULI handles your route planning. Vehicle capacities, delivery time windows, and the stored working hours of drivers are considered. Suitable routes are calculated for both bicycles and vans.
Box configurator
Offer your customers curated baskets like vegetable boxes, fruit baskets, or recipe boxes. You can decide whether your customers can customize the contents or not. The components of a finished basket are still counted as individual products in the inventory management system.
Packing & weighing
Set up picking stations according to your needs. The stations are fully customizable, so products
can be packed in a logical order. Weighted products can be precisely weighed in the system. If any products are unavailable, customers will automatically be informed.
Delivery area management & pickup stations
Define your delivery area to immediately show your customers whether and when they can be delivered to. MULI offers full flexibility in assigning postal codes, weekdays, and time slots. If a delivery day is missed, it can be rescheduled or canceled.
Optimize your logistics through pickup stations and offer your customers an additional delivery option. Pickup stations can be set up and managed flexibly.
Multiple payment methods
Offer your customers several payment methods such as SEPA, credit card, PayPal, and purchase on account. The payment method is securely stored in the customer account and only needs to be entered once during registration.
Invoices are automatically created, sent, and stored. Different billing intervals can be set for each customer. The payment status of an invoice is automatically tracked.
